GloHealth’s David Crimmins and Abigail Donnelly visited Temple Street Children’s University Hospital, to host a little people’s party to celebrate the first birthday of Ireland’s fastest growing health insurance company in Ireland. Temple Street is a miracle club in the heart of the city, caring for 133,000 sick and injured children each year. Believe it or not it is the busiest A&E in Europe treating over 50,000 children through A&E. At the party they met some great kids including Ethan, a bubbly 3 year old from Donegal and Emily, an 8 year old Dubliner who loves the cinema. Some entertainers from Silly Billys helped us make the day fun for the kids and they toured the wards, playing magic tricks, face painting and turning balloons into animals and other crazy shapes! We’d like to thank the staff, especially Anne and Caroline, for helping us bring a little laughter into the lives of the kids in Temple Street.
